It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Janet Unsworth, who died peacefully on 17th August 2026, aged 81 years.
A retired policewoman, Susan was a beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, friendship and unwavering spirit.
A funeral service to celebrate Susan's life will be held at Loughborough Crematorium on Monday 7th September 2026 at 3:30pm.
All are welcome to attend. In keeping with Susan's wishes, please come as you are, as she would not have wanted any fuss.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in memory of Susan, if desired, may be made to Cancer Research UK.
